How to I register my staff for my booth?
Go to https://www.xpressreg.net/register/TELE0417/landing.asp and click on “exhibitor” to register your staff
How do I register additional employees beyond my allotted amount?
- Click on the button, “Add Additional Staff as Attendees”
- When you get to the main registration landing page, select ATTENDEE
- Register your additional booth staff as Attendees by selecting the conference option you would like (there is a 1 day or 3 day Exhibit Hall only pass).
Please note: by going through the registration process via the Exhibitor portal (the button above) a special code will be added to your record so that the attendee is flagged as an exhibitor.
How do I order wi-fi? Furniture? Carpet?
Everything you need to order can be found in the Exhibitor Services Kit. The last section will have order forms for wi-fi, monitors, lead retrievals, etc.
Will I get the attendee list?
All exhibitors will receive the postal addresses of the opt-in list two weeks before and post conference.
Platinum Level and Gold Level sponsors will also receive the opt-in email addresses three weeks before and post conference.
These lists are to be used in promotion of your booth/presence at Telehealth 2.0 exclusively.
What does my exhibitor pass include?
Your full exhibitor pass will permit you to attend the education sessions during the conference, the Networking Social on Monday evening and the Closing Reception on Tuesday afternoon.

Tell me about the Exhibitor Breakfast
Each year we encourage our exhibitors to join us on the show floor before the hall opens for breakfast to meet the ATA staff, ATA Exhibitor Committee, and our Sponsor. Join us this year on Monday, April 24, 7:15am – 8:15am in Food Court B.
Can I attend the Monday Evening Social and Tuesday Closing Networking Event?
All full registrants are encouraged to come join attendees for network, dance and kick-back on Monday, April 24th at 8pm at BB Kings. BB Kings is a short walk from the Orange County Convention Center. The Tuesday Closing Networking Event will be held at Margaritaville Universal CityWalk. ATA will have transportation provided from the Convention Center and Hyatt Regency to Margaritaville. For Exhibit Hall Only attendees, you can purchase tickets at the ATA Registration Desk for $65 per person or purchase both events for $100 per person.
Will I get a press list for media attending?
All exhibitors will receive the press/media list the first week of April. In addition, we will have a Media Pavilion on the show floor. We are providing exclusive interviews packages for exhibitors to purchase. Contact Karen Eppsteiner, Keppsteiner@americantelemed.org.
